Starting from 2017, we have expanded our operations with a warehouse in the Australia. As a result, we are now able to support orders from AU. In order to provide our customers with top-notch and efficient logistics services, we have opted for local fulfillment.

ALL orders placed by 2pm, Monday - Friday are usually dispatched on the same working day.Our normal working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and our annual office closure over the Christmas and New Year period. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

We process all orders within 48 hours of purchase, ensuring you get your products as soon as possible. You will receive your products usually within 2-8 business days of placing your order, it is largely dependent on how fast the courier processes your package.Our overseas warehouses also support self-pickup,it is all up to you.
